Overnight stay for early flight -- free shuttle to airport was a win - it came on time and hotel was only a 3 minute ride to airport - hotel was clean and updated

This place is wonderful! They have a great breakfast spread and really care about their guests, making accommodations when available! Rooms are super clean, comfy beds, and spacious layouts!

Staff was friendly and room was clean. We were very pleased with shuttle service to and from airport. Entry area with breakfast and coffee a lovely spot for starting your day. We will definitely stay at this location in our future travels.

Much, much smaller than expected! No where near what I am accustomed to when booking a "suite". More honesty regarding accommodations. Pictures are extremely misleading!

3rd time staying, staff is great, all day coffee is welcome. The only issue is the outside grounds and building need better maintenance, give it a better overall appearance.

My only complaint is with the shuttle pick up to the airport. I signed up for a 9:55 am pick up. At 10:10, I asked the desk if the shuttle was on the way. They called and then the shuttle arrived 5 minutes later. It is a contract service.

Room 303. Both toilet room and shower room exhaust fans not working. Shower glass door needed new stripping to prevent water from leaking all over shower floor. Toilet needed new tank bladder and filler. Tank took over 15-20 minutes to fill or would not fill at all. Had to be switched to another room.

Close to BDL, quiet and very clean. Reasonably priced

Hotel was lovely and staff great. We had to leave hotel at 6:45am so we missed breakfast. It would have been beneficial to start serving at 6:00 am since you are near airport.

The property was close to the Airport,. The property appeared to be dated.

Our room was very clean and spacious and I loved that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower. The breakfast buffet was really good. There were 2 waffle makers! Plus breakfast sandwiches and plenty of toppings to choose from for your oatmeal. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice stay.

Superb

Stayed here before an early morning flight. The hotel was clean, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We took their free shuttle to the airport in the morning with no issues!
