Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks / Bradley Intl Airport

This hotel was okay for a quick overnight stay. It needs a good deep cleaning, it seems quite grubby everywhere. The bed was comfy, but the bathroom wasn't very clean, an orange ring of grime around the drain in the tub and the tap was not very clean. The towels were very old and worn out. One bonus is the airport shuttle, though make sure you leave yourself enough time as it doesn't matter if you book it for a specific time, they are late. The person at check-in was friendly enough, but the lady at the desk the next morning was not friendly at all and seemed annoyed whatever you asked her anything. She never smiled and didn't seem to want to be there, never asked how my stay was. I wouldn't stay here again.

Property needs improvements. They need to do a better job with the cleaning. There was mold in the bathroom, stained bed sheets. Location is convenient.

This was the grossest dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff was so rude, the room smelled horrible, the towels and bed linens were so dingy. I have a really hard time believing that they ever clean the place. I should have saved the $150 and stayed in my car.

Good hotel for a 2 night stay

I complained and told them this should have been mentioned at check in and Alex was no help, only mentioned that he is only front desk clerk and cannot do anything. I asked for the manager and was told she (Cindy) is also not there and I never saw her, nor did she contact me post my complaint. The second day I complained again to Alex with same result (nothing). He says I mentioned to manager but nothing done. This is a totally deceptive booking!!! **Be aware that you will not get any resolution** The hotel is also very dated and in dire need of a refresh. The interior hallways had musty odor and I stayed 2 days and no one even threw out my trash from the room while I was there. Totally unacceptable with the lack of quality and service and for sure, Shame to Days Inn / Wyndham for putting your name of such a substandard property. I will never use or recommend this chain or property again. Know before you go!

Just a place to sleep and close to the airport. I’ll just leave it at that…front desk and airport shuttle is great additional services that makes this place goes a long way.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! if we hadn't gotten in so late from our flight with small kids and werent as exhausted as we were, after getting into our room I would have turned around and demanded my money back. We wouldnt even use the bathroom unless absolutely necessary and left as soon as we could in the morning. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned and also was full of mold. The bedspread was covered in stains We only saw in the morning with natural light since the room lighting was so bad. The fridge was broken. The toiletries they gave us were used, wallpaper peeling off everywhere. I have never made the decision to not shower in a hotel before, but i wouldnt even walk in it without shoes on, and used towel was on the floor.The paintings on the wall were damaged and covered in filth. The pillows in the bed were not pillows but some 10x10 inch bumpy things, not even decorative pillow size. We woke up and since it was light in our room my husband was able to see a filthy pair of underwear on his side of the bed! The whole place was filthy and smelled terrible. We didn't even chance the breakfast which was why I picked the place. The whole place needs to be torn down! NEVER WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!

It’s old, but it was clean and quiet, with a shuttle, which was what I needed.

the shower temperature was warm... the bed seemed aged...

I like to stay in here. Very flexible, clean and professional.

room was just fine your average days inn, ice maker and vending machine not great at all, the simple things make a difference. breakfast was a brown bag sack with apple , granola bar and water

Trash hotel

If you don’t mind a bit of an aged room ( decore) but great customer service….this place is it. Going to be really great once everything is updated.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I loved the location as it was very close to the airport. The hotel was very dirty especially the bathrooms and the pillows were cushions. I had to go out and purchase my owns pillows. I will not stay here again.

Let’s leave it at this . Sorry I went there Never go again . Needs upgrades and cleaning top to bottom . Time to jack up the tail lights and back in a new motel .

Lady at front desk nights was amazing and very accommodating

Location, cost, cleanliness of room Breakfast was a great dissappointment!! A brown bag with a small stale muffin, a granola bar, and an apple. Tv didn't work.
