I would shut the place down.

You get what you pay for.

Almost a decade of being a solo traveler and this is the first time I felt truly unsafe. I spend part of the night shut in the bathroom because I was afraid if gun violence started that a stray bullet would come through the wall.

Loud, obscene patrons in the middle of the night and bangs against the headboard wall; called the police for a wellness check and had them escort me back to my car; checked out early.

They advertise pets stay free but I was charged for both my dogs I’ve stayed in other hotels that are pet friendly and are super clean this property was not even one of the beds smelled like pee couldn’t sleep people where playing loud music at all times it was a very unpleasant stay

The check-in process was delayed because the system was down for about 15 minutes. Heading to the room people were smoking marijuana every where with an overwhelming Oder for me and my children. When we got to our room the smoke detector was missing from the ceiling management was notified. The bathroom door had 2 fist size holes in it. The pool doesn’t open until 10am checkout is 11am. It closes at 8pm we were waiting to check in at 7pm. No swimming for us.

Nice and cozy, quiet and the room was clean.

Before booking, we had read several negative reviews saying that the hotel was terrible, that there was a lot of airplane noise, and even that one guest had been very cold during the night. Because of those reviews, we almost decided not to stay there. However, our experience was different. Since the hotel is located very close to the Hartford airport, some airplane noise is completely normal and expected. But in our room, we did not hear as much airplane noise as some reviews had described. It was not a big problem for us. The room was very clean, and we were happy with the cleanliness overall. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which made our stay more comfortable. Overall, based on our personal experience, we had a good stay. It may not be a luxury hotel, but for what we needed, it was clean, comfortable, and the service was kind.

I had previously been very generous to this property. There are some staffers I really like. Unfortunately, after leaving my coat I returned to get it. The guy at the front desk said, "I have already checked the room and it's not there." I told him that was impossible but he would not let me talk to housekeeping. So I raced back to the room and saw my coat through the open blinds. When he opened the door and I pointed to it, upset, he had nothing to say and just had a weird smirk on his face. The other staff were consistently lovely. Expedia gave me $30 in One Key cash but failed to value me enough to realize this demeaning treatment was worth a full refund. It is sad but I won't be back. Dishonesty and disrespect are not my cuppa tea.

Toilet door was broken and scraping on the toilet, hairs and dirt everywhere. We were wake up by the police in the middle of the night. I will never recommend this place. Its too much money for the tiny "deluxe" room weve had.

I asked for an extra blanket and I never got one. The pillows were small and smelled terrible. The pool was literally the only thing that was ok.

The dryer in the laundry room was terrible. It cost me $15 to keep drying a load and after all that time it was still very wet. I had to bring it to a laundromat to finish it.

This location used as a residence for some, it’s dirty and very old. My room was changed THREE times for varies reason (weed smell as you walk in the door, DIRTY, stained sheets with body hair in every room and the reason we left BUGS! Varies kinds. It’s advertised as being a moderate/middle grade establishment but truly it’s used for adult recreational activities. It is close to the strip club and the airport, it might as well be on the runaway. It’s located directly under the flight pattern. Planes flying over you can feel the exhaust from the engines. I’ve stayed in some “low market places” but this one by far is trash. I appreciate the employee trying to find a decent room which is why this received A STAR. I DO NOT recommend this place, at all.

The location of the property is good and easy asset.

Everything was good except the people down on the corner of the 300 building being loud all night
