Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Windsor Locks Bradley Airport

This place is very old. Everything needs to be updated. Everything in bathrooms need to be replace and room furniture. No elevator, not good for senior and people who can’t take the step.

Clean and cheap enough for an quick overnight. Not really ant amenities orher than the airport shuttle.

This place was revolting and disgusting and had bugs! It stunk and was the worst experience of filth I’ve ever seen!

This is an inexpensive older hotel on the old county road that has been replaced by a parallel road. You should expect the furniture to be old-style and heavily worn. My toilet and sink were very new. The mattress was comfortable. They have a machine that dispenses coffee, and surprisingly it was plenty bold. Unlike some hotels that now only offer a Duvet, this hotel still uses separate sheets, blankets. I consider this a good thing because having only a Duvet is too hot.

They also took a 100 dollar room deposit which I'd better get back. Is this fee legal?

Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty.

It was the cheapest, and the staff was nice. But he needs to be freshened up completely. The pullout bed had crumbs in it. And the building in general smells like somebody smokes in it commonly.

We were unable to use our paid reservation, since the airline insisted that we use another hotel, and that came too late to avoid the late-cancellation penalty. We are trying to find out how to use the cancellation insurance we also purchased, but so far have been unable to get through to a live person.

Yes, it has a gross pool that has not been drained or used in years

Nothing Light switches didnt work, outlets didn’t work. People yelling and screaming throughout the night. Scared to be alone! Dirty would have been better off sleeping on the sidewalk!!

When arriving to my room the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke and smoked marijuana. Floors looked like they haven’t been swept or vacuumed. Window curtains were stained and dirty. Shower curtain had spot of mold on it. Air conditioner unit flashed replace filter. Woke up in the early morning hours to the smell of someone smoking marijuana.

It was loud (so many hallway noises well past midnight) and the bathroom has gross stuff dripping from the ceiling.

We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time.

Good hotel for good price

The room was clean and all water and electric devices were functioning. The walls were thin - I could hear the TV coming from next door. I could also hear the door opening and closing from next door. There was sound of machinery from next door. But I got used to it eventually.
