Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bradley Airport by IHG

I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!

We checked in and we greeted very warmly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the grab and go breakfast was a HUGE ples as we had an early flight. It was VERY clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Exceptional

Sketchy. Weed smoking in the parking lot. Party noise. Dirty hotel and room. Tired and beaten up furnishings. Old thread bare towels. Just awful. Way overpriced!

Nice breakfast every morning and Wednesday happy hours. Water pressure is very bad on the 2nd floor. Had to change rooms. Water pressure a little better on the 4th floor but it could be better. Convenient location. Also recommend 4th floor because of noises from above floors when staying in lower level rooms. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Had a little scare with someone (with possible mental disability) hanging out in the laundry room who wasn’t doing laundry (wondered if they were even staying there).

I have stayed at hotels offering free breakfasts before, but by comparison, those free breakfasts couldn't hold a candle to what ChefRobert at the Holiday Day Inn Express BDL, put on! The eggs were fresh, cooked to perfection, the bacon fresh, crisp perfect! In fact, everything was excellent and beyond expectations! Hats off to Robert, for an excellent culinary experience
