Clean room
-
Location excellent with restaurants close by. Rooms comfortable except for pillows.
-
Very convenient to the airport. We took an early morning free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and left the car at the hotel for four days for a small daily charge.
-
The hotel is in need of serious renovation
-
Our floors was super loud. I think because there was no carpeting every single sound echoed really loudly. We were in the middle queen single suite. Bed was ok.
-
It was clean. There was a burnt smell from the HVAC system and the smoke alarm kept going off. When I called the front desk, they told me they will inform the maintenance staff in the morning.

Very good
-
Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, close to Airport. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and good shower.

There was no breakfast; just coffee. Building was under renovation and we got a room that really wasn't fully done. No baseboards or threshold, paint fumes all over. No signage to identify the building anywhere.
-
Location was acceptable, receptionist friendly. They did not advertise that they were under construction, it was a mess, the parking lot was terrible and in bad shape. I am allergic to the glue they used to put the carpets down and the smell made me sick. I had to leave and I was not reimbursed for the night when I left in 15 minutes.
-
no carpets on the floors in hallway, elevator a mess. Loud tv when you come in across from the check in desk blasting Fox News. The first room I entered smelled like it had been cleaned with institutional grade epoxy and bleach. The next room was slightly better so I opened a window- I was visiting a client and didn’t need anything fancy yes but yikes. Iron and ironing board from 1979. Nice things- The lobby smelled good. The pillows were nice and new.

I have stayed at this property several ti.es over the past 2 years and as always staff was very helpful and pleasant. Property is currently undergoing remodeling it was still overall clean.

Great amount of space and kitchen for the price
-
Also the streaming on the tv kept cutting out. Overall we were pleased, bed super comfortable, though I ordered king and got a queen size.

Convenient to Airport
-
Remolding was happening also on our hall. Very unsightly. Note on sink said “ cleanliness important to us, we will clean your room and provide towels once a week”. That is not enough for us considering we paid $400 for 2 nights The shuttle to airport was great so that was a plus. Also the bed was clean and comfortable.

The atmosphere was concerning, and it seemed that some rooms may have been occupied by homeless individuals or long-term residents. Overall, the condition of the hotel did not match its price point. At around $50 per night, it might have been acceptable, but at $200 per night, it was a complete disappointment.

Great

Patricia the receptionist is horrible and rude. We asked for a different room due to loud construction going on at the property, she refused to look for any availability. Moreover, she made up stories that construction is all over the hotel, while it went on the 3rd floor predominantly. We asked to be transferred to the 1st floor she stated that's impossible, and it is just a coincidence that there is no construction on the first floor. We asked to speak to management, she stated she is management. Horrible person she should not be in customer service! Also, a lot of gym equipment is out of order.

Close to the airport They hadn’t finished remodeling the rooms, so things were left undone, like the flooring in the halls was not done. The floor boards were not done in the room. The bed was soft, old and mattress sagged on either side. There was no hairdryer available. The phone receiver did not stay connected from the cord to the phone when dialing the front desk. The fridge door had dings in it and the dishwasher was stained. People were coming in at all times during the night and very noisy because of the echo in the hallways without flooring.
