Very nice hotel. Would stay there again.

I booked this hotel based on shuttle to and from the Disney parks. I call after next morning when we’re on the way to make sure of this service as well as a few other things. We asked what times that the shuttle service runs and their response was twice a day in just the morning and now I have to drive to the park and pay $35 on top of now the nonsense parking fee to stay at this hotel is ridiculous as well!! I couldn’t cancel the reservation due to being that day without losing all my money. False advertising on their website

Terrible experience for my family. Poor housekeeping (i had to constantly request basics like toilet tissue, body wash refills, conditioner etc), air conditioner leaking (not heating-they replaced it with another old unit and that wasn’t cooling either), internet not working, phone line in bedroom not working, my in laws slept without a comforter for 4 nights even after I specifically requested housekeeping 2 different occasions-breakfast was basic and the same boring options daily-some front desk staff were not very kind or willing to assist…we will not be back!!!!! EVER!! Ryan the Manager tried to assist us where he could-I did truly appreciate his efforts but overall experience was traumatizing and really was the WORST part of our vacation.

Excellent place to stay. W/D on premise at $4.50 per unit to use. Breakfast included, coffee pot in your room, attentive staff, and target is across the road within a 5 minute walk, children should not make the trek as traffic is moving quickly. Within 15 minutes to Disney parks, but reminder that it could take longer due to high volumes of traffic. Uber and Lyft are easy to use, skip the shuttle especially at night. Restaurants are just a quick delivery fee away. Our family will use this hotel again.

The hotel was wonderful. Staff were very helpful and nice. My kids loved the Mickey Mouse pancakes. The pool area was Amazing, if I visit again I would definitely book again

Great location for Disney attractions. Nice pool my only issue when we check in we asked Carlos that we would like to check out late, he offer us late check out (4 pm) for 50.00 extra we agree, but our cards stopped working at 11:00 am.

I liked my stay but I was upset about the fact that at night around 10PM some lady knock at our door and we obviously didn’t answer since we were sleeping and she opened the door and said did u request pillows? I was very mad at this because why would she open the door at the middle of the night WE WERE SLEEPING very scary and inappropriate

Good breakfast. Family friendly atmosphere. Clase enough to Disney parks that we just took taxis. Housekeeping. We didn't always get a refill on things like toilet paper and had to go ask for it.

Large rooms, clean lobby, amazing breakfast, close to Disney Fire alarms went off 2 times, no gear for batting cages, changed locks while room was occupied, arcade games didn’t work, staff was not knowledgeable or did not speak English.

Ideal location near Disney world and also some shopping nearby. This was a great hotel

This was a great place to stay for our trip for Disneyworld with our 13 year old Grandson. Plenty of space in the room for all of us to be comfortable. The amenities wre terrific and we'll maintained. The restaurant was convenient, poolside and reasonably priced and the food was good. The Disney shuttle offering I'd pretty limited, so we chose to drive over and park at the parks.
