Good experience staying here, good breakfast options

We loved staying here. We stayed the night before we checked in to our Disney hotel. I couldn’t believe the amenities! A batting case!!!! Wow!! The large bathroom was very accommodating to us. The room was perfect sized for 5 people. The pull out bed probably needs to be for a small child or it needs a better mattress. The breakfast offered several different choices. We will stay there again.

This property was amazing! The quality was superb, especially considering the price point. The smell in the lobby was so fresh and clean, and that matched the rest of the property. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent day excellent service!

Management is very accommodating, but maintenance is a key issue. The hotel cleanliness and upkeep has degraded rapidly…especially for such a new location. Breakfast staff is not what it once was…the older gentleman who used to manage the breakfast staff kept the area sparkling, coffee hot, and food stocked. The new breakfast staff only does the bare minimum, even if you ask nicely for some cleanup or restock. The rooms are not up to Fairfield standards. Carpet is stained, full of hair, and food residue. Bathrooms are water damaged and showing wear beyond their years (detached tiles on floor, bulging wallpaper from water damaged, moldy sinks, mold along ceiling in bathrooms, hair on walls and floors). We got in our room after a late night at the park and there was dirty sheets with blood. All the pillows smelled like dirty hair.

Everything was amazing only about a 12 min drive to disney breakfast was good as well I would definitely recommend and book this hotel again!!

Even better than last experience.. We arrived at Midnight after a full day at Disney and only 13-24 mins away made it convient. I stayed a few weeks ago and it was good but had very very noisy neighbors. This time no noise. Receptionist was great and gave me 2 bottles of water even offered me a free late checkout since it was available but we had plans at Disney again. Breakfast is one of the best with hot food options, as well as continental type stuff and healthy options too! Room was super clean, and had all the amenities I needed, I’ll definitely be back!

Great spot and good breakfast

It's very family friendly, and they provide transportation to disney world with reservation. Loved the breakfast!

I really liked the place. Breakfast was nice and worth it for the Mickey waffles. If the pre made waffles are gone, you can always make some yourself which is a nice touch. The shuttle system they are partners with is convenient when going to the Disney parks. They do tend to pickup early and drop off later so do recommend lightening lane for the parks unless you’re solo. But there are times for early pickups if you plan to rope drop. But overall great since the only time I did uber was for Universal. Location is great, some views of the parks in the distance depending where your room is at but also there’s a target, Walgreens and few other restaurants around the hotel. Definitely recommend to stay at.

Great hotel & even better location if you're traveling to Disney. Complimentary breakfast was nice & the rooms are generously spacious.

Shuttle service was awful. Very limited pick up times and drop off times. Shuttle never even showed up the day I tried to actually use it. Hotel staff were great. Breakfast was nice and location was also nice.
