Room was spotless and bed was very comfy. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Absolutely beautiful hotel to stay at.

This hotel was incredible. It was so close to the parks, but also close to restaurants and a Target for the items that we needed and had forgotten. The staff was great, and the hotel even had a wonderful smell to it!

Beautiful property clean and well maintained, little issues with ask to get the room cleaned everyday, had a sound issue that was looked at somewhat repaired and a sink clogged, but they issued us another room greatly appreciated, a few times our key card was disactived that was frustrating to go to front desk after a long day at the theme park,regardless of the issues it’s a great place and stay highly recommended.

Great setup. Only wish there was a two bedroom accommodation for our family of 5.

I understand that the room refresh was only to provide minimal room service. It happened but almost nothing was done. Only 2 of towels were replaced. No wash rags, floor towel, or hand towels were replaced. All were removed but were not replaced. The empty tissue box was left on the bathroom counter hoping it would be replaced. That did not happen either. Other than that the hotel was great, the location was very convenient and the breakfasts were really good too.

Was a little taken back at check in that we had to pay for parking. Was not aware of that when booking. Otherwise excellent location and stay!

The suite was perfect for our family of 5 to spread out and be comfortable while in Orlando. Easy distance to all of Disney! We did venture to Epic universe and that took around 45 minutes but still manageable. Loved the pool area and parking garage, easy in and out. Breakfast waffle line got busy every morning. Still nice to have it!!!

We’re big fans of Homewood Suites because of their service and cleanliness. We stayed at the one near Universal previously and had a wonderful time, so we decided to stay at the Flamingo Crossing location for one night before checking into our Disney resort. We’re a family of 6, with 4 kids. The cleanliness of our room was not what we expect from Homewood Suites. There was hair in different places around the room and on some towels. I think this hotel takes advantage of the fact that it’s so close to Disney and that’s the big draw. However, we just don’t think it’s as convenient (the parking wasn’t the easiest) and as clean as the others we have been to. Next time, we’ll just stay at the Homewood Suites near Universal.

This was our second stay at this location. We booked again because the first time was great. This time, not so much. Every staff member we encountered, except the gentleman outside at the bar, was very rude. We had to switch rooms at 1am after being locked out of the room multiple times that day. Instead of the girl at the front desk calling the manager or maintenance to get the door to work, she called 911 and had the fire department come to break down the door. The room we were moved to was covered in black mold in the bathroom. We ended up checking out a day early and going to finish our vacation elsewhere. I don’t recommend staying here anymore because it is not what it once was unfortunately. The employees also allow other guests to come into the breakfast area with no shoes or socks on which is disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. Forgot to add that the hallways have no ac or ventilation so when you are stuck in the hallway because you can’t get in your room, keep that in mind. It was over 100 degrees.

The location, facilities, cleanliness were so good place. Location has many things around like supermarkets and restaurants. Room size was good as well so overall it was nice experience and can come back again to this hotel. The breakfast end at 9 am ( in week days ) which should be extended to at least 10 am

Room was very clean and the staff was super helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good but I which they had many different options each morning. I would definitely stay here again

Rooms are spacious, breakfast is good. Pool area is nice. Hotel location is close to parks, and nice area overall.

Clean rooms, awesome location to Disney, breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful when we got back from the parks after 12am and I forgot my room key.

The rooms were exactly like the pictures on here and the pool was great yes there a lifeguard for the slide but that’s is it and the pool bar is great No daily clean up and it’s first come first served for breakfast at the waffles maker and toaster people will be rude , two hotels share the pool so it does get crowded after 3pm
