Great pool, nice breakfast, big and clean rooms. Very busy when we stayed but pool was still super clean! I wish they didn’t charge extra for parking.

We booked a king size room for our anniversary and when we got to the room is it two queen size beds. When we went downstairs to complain and get the room we originally booked they said the king room was under maintenance and they upgraded us. We tried explaining that one that was not the room we booked and two it’s our anniversary so we would like one bed.

Breakfast was very good.

We had a few housekeeping issues when we arrived. However, once it was brought up to management, it was handled immediately.

We were traveling for our daughter’s birthday with our other two young children. The hotel is safe, convenient for our theme park plans.

The only downside was when someone else in the building accidentally triggered the fire alarm. We had to walk down six flights of stairs because no one knew what was happening. While I understand emergencies happen, it was especially challenging with an almost completely blind family member, early in the morning (before coffee). Haha It would have been helpful if the staff with radios had been stationed in the hallways to direct guests and provide guidance on whether the evacuation was necessary or not, or just general information. However, I was still impressed with the staff's response time in general as I watched everything unfold. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely stay here again. :)

It feels like management has allowed maintenance and guest service standards to decline. If the CEO, Srinath R. Yedla, is ultimately responsible for the operation of this property, then the condition of the hotel reflects poorly on the company's leadership. And lets not forget to mention you have to pay for parking!! Ridiculous. The location is excellent, but until these issues are addressed, I wouldn't stay here again.

Great place to stay! Convenient to everything shopping, the parks, restaurants. It looks exactly how it is online. Had a wonderful day. The breakfast was lovely.

Good morning,I am writing to bring a series of distressing issues to your attention regarding our stay, which was booked to celebrate my birthday and my daughter's birthday.Unfortunately, our room lacked basic hygiene and maintenance standards. The bathroom was uncleaned with leftover hair from previous guests, the toilet runs constantly, and we found multiple cockroaches. Most concerningly, I have developed body rashes since our arrival.While we have already alerted the front desk and management team, the situation remains unresolved. We have taken photos and videos to document these conditions. Due to these unacceptable health and safety issues, I am requesting a full refund for our stay and a formal response from management regarding compensation.Thank you for your immediate attention to this urgent matter.

The sheets very dirty with stains the towels the same thing very smelly the water also

Our stay was la perfect. Beautiful resort with many amenities and friendly helpful staff. The rates were great for location and the luxury compared to other hotels.

Honestly couldn't believe it was that inexpensive. It could be because it was early June, but still. Highly recommend.

Amazing location ...room very clean and comfortable

Booked thru Expedia. When I arrived they advised my reservation had been moved to TownPlace suites next door. That was OK. Over there I was checked into a very nice suite that was being worked on, so had to go back and get a new room. Just a lot of running around at 9pm. The hotel was clean, had tons of space and the restaurant onsite was also good. But didn't actually stay at SprinHill...
