Clean room, pool was great and breakfast was good

The rooms were very roomy. The pool needed a good cleaning. They need more help for breakfast. Everything was running low or out this morning: no biscuits, no hash browns, no plastic cups for drinks. The selection for what was filled was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. The hall carpet needs to be replaced, looks dingy.

This is our third year back at this property and each year we get the same exceptional service. We request for the room we like and we get it. The hotel is our favorite with the pool and all the amenities.

The room is very spacious and clean, A/C works very well and keeps the room cold while blankets are cozy and warm. Breakfast was very nice. Only thing is that the parking lots fill up quick specially if you are planning on arriving late at night

My only issue was that housekeeping didn't seem to have the same level of care as the rest of the hotel. We walked into our room finding that no soap was left out at the bathroom sink and a table was left with crumbs on it, obviously not actually cleaned (Gross!) which should have happened for new guests coming into the room. But the front desk staff got on it immediately with housekeeping and these issues were fixed right away.

Breakfast was good,close to Disney

We had a very good experience here. The room was clean and the pool was fun. Staff members were very helpful and attentive ready to give u through any questions. Finally the included breakfast was amazing. Best part you can take your furry babies 😁

In our room, the kitchen suite utensils were bent. The shower gels were not refilled, and our garbage was not cleaned. We also spoke with guest services to get two additional pillows (4 total) because the first two were flat. The dining room for breakfast was nice inside. Ofcoarse there will be people and it was overcrowded. Our suggestion for the dining area would be to have breakfast on rotation more frequently. Everyday we were there it was the same food. Change out the high chairs to be less high as it felt like we were hunched over eating at the high table. (The height of the chairs were too high!) Our last suggestion is to have food in areas where there is use of pulling open lids and then pulling them closed instead of lifting them open like a hot pot and closing them (if that makes sense) The property otherwise was fantastic

The room was perfect! Very comfortable, clean and spacious with everything we needed and then some. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Loved the Mickey waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. The pool was nice, but it is a resort near Disney geared toward kids, so there were a lot of kiddos splashing around. They also do movie nights by the pool on the weekends. All in all, it was great, especially for families. And very reasonable.

The customer service was superb. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was great with many options. The rooms were clean.

Property was very clean and the staff were very attentive. The only drawback is the breakfast was pretty gross!

The breakfast was perfect looking forward into staying in this hotel once again they have the pool warm at all times and laundry room is clean as well

Very long wait at breakfast

Very clean. Didn’t use the ammenties since we spent our time in the parks! Chain restaurants and a small Target close by.

Rooms were clean and large. Kids loved the slide at the pool. Good breakfast choices.

It was a good experience

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. Disney was only about 13 minutes away, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel also offers shuttle service to the parks, with pickups around 7:20 AM and 9:30 AM, which was a nice option for guests who prefer not to drive. The breakfast each morning was excellent and had something for everyone. Our kids especially loved the Mickey-shaped waffles, while the rest of the selection included bagels, bacon, eggs, sausage, muffins, and other breakfast favorites. It was a great way to start the day before heading out. Another highlight was the pool area. Guests have access to a shared pool with the neighboring hotel, featuring a large waterslide that our family really enjoyed. It was the perfect place to cool off and unwind after spending time at Disney. The surrounding area was also very convenient. There is a Target nearby for any last-minute necessities, plenty of restaurants and food options within a short drive, and even a 7-Eleven close by. Overall, this hotel provided everything we were looking for: a clean and comfortable room, great amen

Great place to stay with your family. Near the Disney resorts. Has every thing you need to be comfortable.
