Superb hotel...Will always stay in this.

Stayed a week! We had two adjoining suites. Had a small hiccup with one of the air conditioners, but maintenance came right away and fixed the issue.

We arrived early and they were able to give us our room earlier which was great! Breakfast was great every day! Stores and restaurants are walking distance.

The location was great. Easy access to Disney, restaurants, Target, etc. The staff were all very nice, however there was no follow through on requests. Our shower gel was nearly empty when we arrived and after asking via phone three calls and three stops at the front desk, two days later we checked out with never having housekeeping refill the shower gel. Seems like a small thing but it was ridiculous. We also requested a rollaway bed, as the rooms usually have sleeper sofas but ours did not. That was not available either. There was also no dresser or closet in the bedroom. Very odd!! Having to pay for surface parking without valet or any services is excessive and just seems another way to nickel and dime customers. The parking was comped because we are Bonvoy members, but it seemed unnecessary for the location. The breakfast was amazing! Great variety and always full of delicious selections including Mickey and Minnie waffles! Great staff as well!
