Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

Q hotel tan increíble en Orlando, en el complejo de Universal. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos lindos días. Tiene el acceso temprano a Epic y el transporte a universal. Es muy buena relación precio calidad. Me encantó y lo recomiendo mucho.

Family friendly, clean and comfortable

Clean room and staff is great. Food and everything there to do was overly expensive and wasn’t that good. Better off eating outside of the resort

Great location with our 4 day trip ending at Volcano Bay. I got an EV parking spot the night we arrived and got a full charge which is included with the parking fee. I was able to get a nap a couple of days, once during a thunderstorm delay at Volcano Bay so location is key for this. It’s no fun sitting around waiting for the park to reopen. The meat carving special at the International Food line in the dinner was absolutely delicious and a must every day. It’s not on the menu, you can see the special displayed on the left side of the counter. A full rack of ribs one day, super thick cut of tender seasoned flank steak in a wine sauce the next, then grilled pork chops with a different kind wine sauce. The ice cream is a must, and the waffle cones don’t leak. 4 huge big screens in the dinner played FIFA matches the whole time which drew some good crowds and fun to watch. The lazy river was the most relaxing part. The front desk put us in a good Volcano view room closest to the park which was great during the rain delay. The bus service to the parks was very comfortable and prompt. We’ll definitely go here again and bring the floats we bought at the pool.

Super friendly staff

The room was clean and we enjoyed having the small kitchen. The main complaint was the very uncomfortable beds (the mattresses definitely need to be replaced.) Also, the commode was so loud that my husband had to turn the water down so it wouldn’t wake up our grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort and all of it’s amenities.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for 10 years. I still love it especially if you’re going to volcano bay because of its accessibility but they need to give their older rooms some love. We had a blinking light bulb in the closet, the head boards were peeling and it was very obvious due to its orange color.

Our Volcano Bay rooms were immaculate, the staff members were very knowledgable and friendly, and the onsite pools, lazy river, and waterslide were amazing!

Highly recommend this hotel to families who enjoy proximity to Universal Parks and a great family-friendly hotel with lots of amenities

The room needed some maintenance. The hotel was very loud at night.
