Universal's Aventura Hotel

Awesome! You can take the water taxi at the resort next door to go to Citiwalk/Studios/Islands.

We had a nice stay.. View from our room was great! I recommend a deluxe, very spacious with a wall of windows. Our room over looked the parks so we got a firework/drone show every night we were in our room around 9pm. Definitely more of an adult hotel, we were there celebrating our 20th anniversary so it was perfect for us... For the kids, pool was kind of small but clean and not to crowded, had a few games not a whole lot of things for the kids to do when at the hotel. The room was definitely the best part! Roof top restaurant was great too. Besides the hotel it was easy to get to citywalk and the parks, definitely recommend walking over to Saphire Falls I believe it was and taking the boat ride, much easier in and out than the bus. Busses were good too but bus or boat!? And if you have a car, there are great restaurants in the area, recommend Vito's Steakhouse pricey but worth it! 24oz bone-in ribeye!!! Brussel sprouts, thank me later!!!

Room was pretty small. No concession machines on the floors. Had to go all the way into the lobby every time. Clean and workers were friendly.

My suggestion is to stay at this hotel.The price is reasonable, it’s very modern all over. There’s a Starbucks, restaurant, pizza joint. Plus, there are buses to take you to the parks. The next time I come to Universal, I’m staying here.

The quality of the food served at the Urban Pantry was very sub par. It was like eating cafeteria food. The room cleaning service was also very porous. During a five night stay they failed to clean our room completely one time; only coming in during a mid day four hour time period we needed to be in the room. They refused to come later in the day. When they did attempt to clean they only made one bed and left another completely undone for having a personal item on it instead of simply moving the item. Then on the day of our checkout they were trying to come into our room before checkout when we are still in the room. Tables at the Urban Table were constantly filthy. Every table you would sit down at would be disgusting. The pool was very drab and mediocre. Would advise people not to stay here and choose one of the surrounding hotels instead.
