Hotel Monreale Express International Drive Orlando

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, and the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The location was also excellent, with many places nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated how easy it was to check in and access our room. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again

Very great hotel, love it I go to this one each time I visit Orlando. Everyone is so pleasing and very helpful, and the check in lobby smells incredibly amazing!

Nothing was likeable here. Elevator out of order, there were hair on the bed sheets before even getting into it, wobbly toilet seat, for every problem the staff had the answer of “we are sorry” and that was it, they didn’t do anything to fix the problem beforehand or even after it. Management terrible.

It was good there was a laundry room. The pool area was always clean The breakfast area was clean as well and comfortable lobby It was handy for Universal Studios just a 25 minute walk. Also walking distance to the two British pubs on International Drive. There was plenty resturants and fast food places as well. Breakfast was available in the morning at $12 If you had questions the staff always tried to help. There is a $2 resort fee for each night but that is a small amount

For what it’s worth, I do feel like it’s worth the cost and the location. However I had to kill a cockroach and a worm in the room which really brought the rating down.

. Pool was fine but a little hot on the pavement and don't touch the steel pole! The room was decent and clean. The accessible bathroom was fine except no shelves to put towels or put shampoo. Oturrh than that. It was great!

Check-in/Out was such a breeze all the staff where very polite and helpful. If you are on a solo trip or with your significant other would highly recommend. 👍

Todo bien, tuve un percance en la habitación y me hicieron el cambio rápido. Super céntrico, son amables y esta perfecto para ir a los parques, de compras bueno en fin me gustó mucho! Desde la habitación podía ver a Volcano bay.

With all that being said, as someone who was a housekeeper for a few years, I know every time ive been to an older property, alot of housekeepers tend to not clean as well because "the building is old, who cares" - This is not one of those properties, this hotel was cleaned VERY VERY WELL all things considered. I was honestly scared when I entered our room, I was expecting bugs or general grimes, this wasnt the case. We stayed four nights for work and we didnt have a single bug problem nor cleanliness problem. The shower, sink, Tv area was all super clean. Laundry area was nice, lobby was nice, breakfast area was nice, the hallways at night were a little sketchy... All ice machines were broken except the one on the 4th floor, there was no operating vending machines. Most of the staff seemed really friendly and helpful. Only thing I actively disliked was our tv was stuck on one channel and no matter what I did to change it, it wouldnt - and it would just play AI gambling ads non stop lol... The area surrounding is really nice and there is lots to do, so thats a plus.

For the price, location and for just a place to stay it was great…we were doing park days everyday so just wanted somewhere close to everything and a place to rest.

It was nightmare. The room we checked in the room, the ceiling was leaking bad. The bed where my son is sleeping was soaked with water and created a puddle of water in the floor. They dont have phone inside the room we had to go down to the lobby to complain, no help came in the room. We had to go down 3 times to follow up and transfer us in other room. It took almost 2hrs to transfer us. It was past midnight already when they transferred us. It was horrible experience. On top of that their hotel policy to have cash deposit of $200 if you live in florida. I don’t recommend this hotel

This hotel was a great place for the price! Bed and room was clean and staff was helpful during check in. My only concern was the highway being quite loud in the night because we were RIGHT by it. Despite this, we would definitely stay again!
