Great hotel, extended my stay due to the great service.

Ice machine didn't work. Tv didn't work. Dirty linen. Left a day early and hasn't got credited leaving 1 day earlier then supposed.

We had a great stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool, and the parking was convenient and easy to access. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location was great getting to universal and sea world. Room was not clean and had to change rooms.

The room was very clean, shower pressure and temperature was great, the bed was very comfortable and the location is very close to things to do (fun spot, restaurants, bars, arcade, etc.)
