Everything was amazing, since the welcoming until the checkout, highly recommeded

The room was fine and the view was good but there’s not much storage in the room and no bathroom trashcan. Elevators broke down at least once a day sometimes both down at once and we had to run down 7 flights of stairs. Stayed a week and housekeeping only came twice both times at 5pm when we were winding down and just swapped towels with us. Cats and raccoons hanging around the dumpster by the car lot. Don’t think I’d stay here again

It was so clean they were always cleaning. Staff friendly. For the price it was a great place to stay only they do not have enough umbrellas for the table. Pool was very clean. Breakfast boiled eggs no scrambled eggs. No bacon ham or sausage. Had pancakes and waffles and fruit. These are the only complaint. But no airiport shuttle. I would stay there again it’s on the lake

In an extended building which was never mentioned in the booking. Condition of the building was awful. Lift was in very bad condition. No daily cleaning room service. Will never book again.

The location is great. AC doesn’t work well put it on the lowest 62 and it never kicked in, our box fan saved us. Netflix doesn’t work unless you have your own hot spot. Your room does not get cleaned daily, have to always request new towels. Our toilet was leaking we reported it no one ever came had to fix it ourselves.

Location Aire conditioner is old hardly cools the room orlando is very hot, shower was clogged, the cleanes is bad, 8 dias room service just came one day, breakfast is boiled egg toast bagel or pancakes, very poor.

The location, it was close to universal studios. The suites and hotel were separated, the complimentary breakfast was horrible, and our room wasn’t very clean.

Location was okay I had to change my room three times and all the times, I changed the rooms was because the AC was not working. Once there was heavy water leakage from the AC and the second time, the AC totally stopped working, hence they had to shift me to the third room, which was a great nuisance because I had eight bags and each time I had to shift it myself I should get a refund of the amount that I paid as I have never experienced such a thing in my life You may check the details with the hotel and please revert back

The hotel is excellent. They just need to improve the breakfast variety, install slightly higher toilets, Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic.

The room was very old, good view but the restroom had holes and the tub was not working. The breakfast was very bad and the staff was not helpful at all.

It was close to attractions The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine.

It was okay. They charged me with $250 as security deposit which I didn’t get back yet.

The property was right next to everything. A lot of stuff was in walking distance.
