Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort & Conference Center

This place was horrible, the place was awful. the trash outside my hotel was towering over me!! Nobody go here this place sucks. The only good place was the pool, and the breakfast was a total scam!! Nobody even came to our room when we asked for help either!! 0 star hotel deserves to go bankrupt.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. The rooms were disgusting and filthy. The plugs were exposed hanging out of the wall.My kids refused to shower because the bathtub was horrendous.. we left our stay early despite loosing money just because it was that bad!!

The staff was helpful

The room was clean, but a little outdated. We stayed in the garden side, not tower because I wanted to be closer to the pool. The staff was friendly, but check in took almost an hour. There was not many people at the desk for the amount of people trying to check in. The pool was great! My son enjoyed that it was shallow and he could walk along most of it. The bar was great and the bartender was fantastic. The bar menu on the website is not correct though. The pizza at the cafe was great but the complementary breakfast was pretty terrible.

Rooms are not what the website shows. Bad condition, disappointing experience and Expedia should not allow that. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Staff in front desk weren’t so helpful and no towels in the pool area not acceptable.

The so-called “included breakfast” was a complete joke and very misleading. If you’re advertising breakfast as an amenity, guests should receive something that resembles a real breakfast, not the extremely poor and disappointing selection that was offered. Overall, the hotel appears old, poorly maintained, and neglected. Cleanliness should be the absolute minimum expectation for any hotel, and unfortunately this property failed badly in that regard. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and honestly represented place to stay.

Make sure your front desk person know what room is a view

Took about an hour to check-in, the line was long and the self check-in kiosks aren't yet operational. The property itself is nice and there are a lot of amenities but the A/C in the room didn't function properly like others stated in their reviews. I was only there a night and got a really good rate so I was able to make the best of it.

Everything was nice

Na primeira entregou tudo e mais um pouco! Porém, dessa vez, teve um dia que não arrumou o quarto, não tive direito ao café da manhã, sendo que no anúncio estava escrito que tinha está opção. Não tinha atendimento em português, onde no próprio anúncio mencionava que haveria este diferencial. No mais, o hotel é excelente, próximo de tudo! Academia é muito boa. A ducha que deixou a desejar.
