The room was super clean perfect close enough to universal and the other fun things in Orlando. Staff was friendly and the air-conditioning in the room was very cold, which was perfect after our hot park day. My only complaint would be that you have to pay $10 for parking that kind of seems silly. When you’re already paying for the hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Close to everything, friendly staff, very well maintained laundry room, and has everything you can possibly need inside the property including a 24/7 convenience store. Front lobby, the hallways, and the room itself are clean and smell great. I would continue booking here for the rest of my Orlando trips.

Staff were super friendly and hotel was in a great location. There were ants in our bathroom and it needs a refresh but overall pleasant stay.

Great hotel with the restaurant downtown stairs. The bathroom was a little small and you have to pay for parking each day. It's also gated as well.

The room had paint chips in the wall and in the bathroom. When I first checked in, I was told that I could only have a room with double beds, instead of the king that I booked because I had a service animal. When I told him there's nothing about that on the website, I was told you'll get what I say you can get. Not very good staff.The pool is small and the place just looks run down

We loved the area around the property and the accommodations were everything we needed. There are souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was perfect!

The staff was amazing and everything was nice a clean, bedroom had everything I just don’t appreciate charging customers 10 dollars for parking not needed as well as charging for breakfast 15 a person other than really good service
