Very nice rooms. Love the two bedroom set-up, and the full kitchen and laundry room. Very friendly and helpful staff, too!

Resort was nice. Rooms were clean. The bus service to Universal was not the best. There were too many stops at other resorts. The return trip was especially bad. We went past our resort to take others back to another Westgate before dropping us off. The return trip took about 45 minutes. We were not told about this ahead of time. They need to designate smaller shuttles and make fewer stops.

This is our second year staying here for AAU volleyball nationals! Great place and easy to get to convention center! Great rooms, clean, and have washer and dryer, which was awesome! Good pool with bar!!!!

I love staying at this Westgate property. It’s always an easy check in no matter how book. The rooms are always so clean. The last time i visited they were not yet done with tower A so to see it completed and stay there was so refreshing. Love the amenities and the price point. The location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s close to Disney as well as universal. Def recommend staying here

The room was excellent. We wasn't able to check in until 1 am, check in was great! Loved Tya! Would come again. I didn't want to leave.
