Everyrhing this place was great

I have stayed at this place a few times but this is the last. I killed two roaches in my room, the AC kept me up all night. The bathtub had hair and black stains in it. It was fir only one night so I dealt with it but will never stay again

Hello. Once I came into the room the sink was dirty right on the left side. Every time you ran the shower on cool it went from cool to hot and then back. The water pressure was so low. The fridge didn’t make the food cold. When ever we used the toilet and flushed it. It smelled like a porter potty. Was not a great experience.

But the staff was very helpful. The location is key tho, excellent if you’re going to Universal. Price was also the best in the area.

Despite being an older property it is well maintained overall. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was nice with a large pool and a snack bar/deli and a restaurant. The location is outstanding and makes for ease even without a car with shuttles. I would certainly return.

I only stayed & slept in the room for 3 hours the following morning, due to unforeseen circumstances. 1st, the property advertises to have EV chargers on site but they are nowhere to be found. 2nd on the website finding where the deposit is stated…not easy. Last time it was $50, but now it’s a $100. Crazy when higher end hotels charge less. Murphy’s law: the day of my arrival I experienced identity theft, and caught on after money had already been pulled out and spend off my cards, all happening during the day. All card freeze, money stolen and a hotel suite I can’t get into because of the deposit, and my cards frozen. Under normal circumstances it wouldn’t have been a problem. I had to sleep in the car next to the suite empty. I did ask them if i could at least sleep a little bit in the hotel. Yes, i was granted 3hrs. My gripe with the hotel is that mis-advertised the onsite car chargers and they did not work with me til the end of the stay. I can list all the hotels that charge less $50 that are nicer. It already charged $17 extra Sometimes…flexibility now earns you a forever customer. I have a brand of hotels i always go to but they dont have car chargers & never charge me deposits. I am respectful of the property. I booked this one because it advertised car EV chargers on site, which were not there (false advertising) and the once in a lifetime occurrence… I won’t be booking them again.

All staff was so helpful and really good place to live and budget freindly and really close to shops and resturants i like that place

Clean room, staff was helpful and nice, no complimentary breakfast but has a restaurant on site. Dinner food not that great, didnt eat any other meal there. Have a store on site with fruit options, muffins, coffee, etc. A bit pricey but good. Coffee maker and coffee in room was good. Microwave and decent size fridge in room.

The rooms were dirty. Hair all over! It was nasty.

El lugar no está mal, no es súper lujoso, pero para dormir está chévere, lo único que no me gustó es que no limpian los cuartos, simplemente recogen la basura y listo, entonces me encanta cuando visten las camas y dejan todo bonito. No hay desayuno pero tampoco hace falta por qué hay montones de restaurantes alrededor para conocer y visitar.

Quiero reconocer especialmente a Julianas y Johnny, quienes fueron amables, atentos y profesionales en todo momento. Su disposición para ayudar y asegurarse de que mi experiencia fuera agradable hizo que me sintiera bienvenido desde el primer día. Gracias a todo el equipo por su hospitalidad. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a familiares y amigos

Very helpful staff

No complaints. Worth the stay and had a nice view of Volcano Bay

Room was clean staff was helpful and gave us a room with a great view on the 8th floor for our daughter birthday weekend will def return and stay again

One area that could be improved is the sound insulation. Conversations from neighboring rooms and noise from the hallway were quite noticeable at times, which could be somewhat distracting. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and this is reflected in certain aspects of the property. For example, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was quite noisy. In addition, although the room was clean, there was a slight musty smell. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is centrally located, easily accessible, and close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it very convenient for visitors. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to offer good value for money. The clean rooms and convenient location were definitely the highlights of my experience.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel could use a little refresh. It's OK of you are just looking for a place to rest but if you want amenities I would stay elsewhere.
