Staff at the front desk very friendly and efficent

Very clean and plenty of room for my family

Everything was excellent but cafeteria was a bit crowded

Hotel was really nice. Family rooms were spacious and clean. Check-in was easy with Expedia reservation, please note that you will still need to pay for parking if driving to hotel. Elevators are a little far to get to in tower 2. If you are traveling with older guest, or someone with mobility issues request lower levels and/or near elevator. Side note this is a Value Resort so be prepared to see a lot of traveling kids from schools and different programs. Overall great hotel and a great place to stay.

Great place to stay for the price I paid. I had a pool view, and very frequent shuttles to the Universal Parks. The only gripe I would have is that the elevators are slow.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Great first time experience

Clean room, close to mostly everything need, nice pool and convenient for universal.

Only negative comment is in the area of the Accessible bathroom. It was not a roll in shower, needed a seat installed, shower controls lowered.

Only issue and I mean the only issue was.. MOP THE ROOMS LOL RUINED A FEW PAIRS OF SOCKS ON THIS TRIP.

Lo recomiendo 100%

Likeed the room size we had a double room pool view. What I did not like was the cafe. The service was not great. Waited 45 minutes then was told if we wanted something different it would be quicker or we could continue waiting for our sweet potato fries. Both fries on the menu. Expressed this at check out but nothing was said.

Very serviceable hotel. Nothing super fancy but has what you need. Be prepared for long walks and lines! Enjoyed the pool.

The availability of the shuttle to the parks and service desk.

Tuve que dejar la propiedad ya que era muy grande y se me dificultaba caminar. Las camas muy duras para mi condición. El hotel hermoso, personal muy atento.

Room was clean, staff was great. The pool was amazing, just wish it was deeper. The pizza place was good as well.
