This was a fun resort property, with a great pool area and even a sandy beach setting by the pool. You can order drinks from waiters who will bring it to you at the pools edge. Nice restaurant on the ground floor, and a free water taxi that will take you on a 10 minute ride to Universal City Walk and the theme park. Highly recommend!

I was able to actually relax at the pool and hottub as there were tons of lifeguards making sure my kids were safe. The kids loved the slide and poolside screening of Shrek at night, and we're obsessed with the resident ducks. The ferry to Citywalk is about as fun as the parks themselves and were a great was to wind down after the heat and excitement of a long day. Straight from the boat to the restaurant on the bottom floor, where we had some really fabulous food and service. Overall wonderful experience and value.

The water taxi is really nice to get to Universal and City Walk and there is bus stop to EPIC nearby. Getting an Uber / Lyft around town is easy. We also found a laundry on site to wash / dry clothes. This helped with having less luggage as well as having clean clothes when we get home. We will be coming back here!

This was the first time that we stayed at this property. We loved it. Everything was close and easy to get to. The pool is amazing! The only thing that I would say was not the best was the water pressure in the shower and it did not get warm at all. The room was also very warm. It was set to 65 and it was not that cool at all. My family likes the room very cold and we struggled both nights because it was warm. Those were the only two bad parts!
