The close proximity to Mary Queen of the Universe catholic Church, Premium Outlet, distance and free shuttle to the parks, and their buffet breakfast were a plus and excellent.

It was an ok hotel for the price.

Televisions are a bit older so they don’t have a full array of apps to access, put again adequate. There were two televisions, but one remote, and it seemed a bit random as to which one the remote was going to turn on when you hit the power button, but they both worked. Parking was plentiful. We didn’t get to access the pool or a hot tub because of weather but that’s no fault of the property so I can’t give a review on that. Breakfast was basic. What you would expect for a free breakfast at most hotels. Waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, etc. Got the job done. The location is probably the best reason to stay here. Very close to Disney Springs and the parks at a very reasonable rate.

We had an extraordinary experience in our first time staying at Springhill By Marriott Lake Buena Vista, the overly friendly and attentive staff of the Lobby, hotel is easily accessible, clean and smelly elevator and corridors, the room is extremely comfortable, clean and has everything in the same way as described in the reservation. Cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is 20/10 and the swimming pools are spectacular. The location of the hotel is excellent as everything is nearby. Comfortable parking and super clean surroundings. We delivered the hotel today and made another reservation at the same hotel for next month. I recommend it many times and we will definitely come back. The price is great.

My family and I love this place; we would come back without hesitation.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice perk. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to SeaWorld. The only downside was that the hallway on our floor was not as clean as our room and could use more attention. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

From the second we walked through the doors, we were greeted by that *amazing* luxury hotel smell—you know the one that just makes you go, "Ahhh, I’m on vacation!" 🧼✨ Our room was absolutely spotless and so comfortable. We had a tiny hiccup during our stay, but the front desk staff handled it so quickly and graciously (seriously, thank you again to the amazing team!). Another huge plus was the peace of mind of not having to pay until check-in. ### The Highlights: * **The Location:** It’s centrally located right off the I-4, making it a super easy 20-minute drive to all of our destinations. 🚗 * **The Breakfast:** Okay, yes, the $25/day parking fee might seem a little steep at first glance—**but** it is 100% made up for by the complimentary breakfast. Two words: *Mickey. Waffles.* 🧇✨ * **The Value:** The price completely exceeded our expectations and fit beautifully into our budget. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be returning. Highly, highly recommend! 💖

Breakfast is good. The bed seems to be sinking. After my five-year-old sits on it, I can see a big hole in the middle of the bed. However, it was comfortable to sleep in. The check-in is too long, more than 45 minutes. Our room was four thousand three hundred something, and they did not say the hundred was the floor number. There was no map or numbering to show direction. The swimming pools had so many leaves, it must be because of the rain. They clean up during the night, though. I wish they would open the pool early in the morning, like 7 or 8, so my kids can swim before heading out. The parking was $25. There is a lot of traffic getting to the hotel.

Unfortunately I couldn’t eat the free breakfast because I can’t have gluten. ( when I went down at 8 there wasn’t any fruit or anything I could eat). My room was not very clean, as I found hair (not mine) on the bed and in the bathroom. There was a weird smell in the room, like the building may have had a leak at one time and it wasn’t cleaned out. Also, when I booked my room I wasn’t told there would be an extra 25$ feet. It said a 5$ feet, not 25$. That was very disappointing. There was only one person at the front desk (with three other customers waiting) And two other employees at the ticket desk doing nothing.
