Everything’s great

I loved this hotel! It was ideal for my family and I to stay in, the rooms were clean and smelled good, it was a very short drive to the disney parks. Lots of restaurant options, they also have dining options, the amenities were top tier even if you just wanted to be there for a weekend getaway, it’s perfect to just relax, I felt safe knowing the the property had cameras and they are a gated property! 10/10 I will be visiting again.

AC unit is also from 1960, wall unit every time he starts it’s like 200 dB of noise Breakfast is average like every other buffet nothing fancy They charge $25 for parking which is annoying and also a $5 tourist fee this is typical Orlando charging everywhere they can.

I enjoyed my time here. Great hotel and convenient area. I would stay here again.

Good

The Price. Location. Jacuzzi/Hot tub. The room had a strong dirty, musty, and unpleasant odor upon arrival. The carpets appeared worn, smelled bad, and seemed to need replacement. Overall, the room felt very dated and in need of significant updating. There were no trash bags provided in either trash can. Only one outlet near the TV was working, and the remaining outlets, including the USB ports, were not functional. The rolling desk was also unstable and appeared to be in poor condition, making it unsafe and unsuitable for use. Additionally, the housekeeping staff's appearance and professionalism did not meet the standards expected for a hotel environment. The overall experience gave the impression that cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service were not being properly prioritized.

Superb

Great location, close to Disney springs and shopping,universal and SeaWorld.

The hotel has seen a lot of traffic. The AC in our room was really loud and the sheets were not of good quality. The pool was in decent condition but had green algae on in the grotto area. Definitely potential and wasn’t our worst stay but everything could use a little TLC. The staff was really friendly.

Everything was wonderful. The beds were very comfy and it was super quiet even with the place being so big. Tons of parking and everything smelled clean too

Exceptional

For a Marriott property, this was a very disappointing experience. We frequently stay at Marriott hotels because they are usually clean, well-maintained, provide excellent service, and consistently meet our expectations. Unfortunately, this was the worst Marriott stay we have experienced. In addition, when we checked in, the front desk associate was not very accommodating. Even after seeing that we were Bonvoy members, she would not allow us to check in just one hour early. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the room, and customer service did not meet the standards we have come to expect from Marriott. This stay was a very disappointing experience.

Staff were super nice, enjoyed the pool as much as we could!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was not only friendly but helpful and efficient. The hotel was always so cleaned and smelled great.
