Fairfield Inn & Suites Lake Buena Vista in Marriott Village

Breakfast was adequate. Disney (3rd-party) shuttles were a disappointment. Late pickup & early return times. Was not able to book a shuttle with my scooter. Rooms were musty. Due to high humidity and lack of exhaust in bathroom, mildew and strong musty odor permeated the bathroom.

The only thing that is keeping this hotel going is the pool. The rooms stinky and I mean they smell. Very musty and moldy smelly. Staff was unwilling to help with resolving the issue. Check in staff tried to over charge for parking, argued with us that we didn’t have the proper room that we reserved even after showing him the reservation. Again the pool was great sized and had enough chairs around it. Breakfast was ok, as expected for a hotel breakfast.

Lo único para comentar es que en la habitación, el aire acondicionado no se podía apagar. Lo teníamos que mover entre frío y calor. Y preguntamos en la recepción y nos dijeron que era así. El resto todo ok y de 10.

I had a great experience with my family and I at the Fairfield inn & suites. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and room service for cleaning was the best. The breakfast was fantastic! I will stay here again on my next trip to Orlando.

Great gated property. Close to the parks with shuttle service provided. Loved the Mickey waffles in the morning. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Our 1st floor room smelled horrible. Went to Walmart ans bought Lysol spray, didn’t help at all. It smelled like a combination of old dampness and rotten Mango…. A very strange odor that I’ve never encountered before today. The floors had food crumbs, toenail clippings and just overall not clean. In short, it’s hard to sleep in a room that smells terrible, and isn’t clean. Definitely not up to Marriott standards.
