AC Hotel by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

Room was dirty and staff only spoke to us when spoken to. Advertised breakfast but did not have.

Luxury feel on a budget. Loved the hardwood floors in our room and the bathroom was clean with a modern feel. Location was great as well. We had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend.

Fairly new hotel Hidden fees, they charge 20$ for parking. As if ppl usually come to the hotel walking and the parking is optional ..... Well no ppl come to Orlando by car. So it's just a way to get ppl to come thinking the price is good and then price up $20. It was not clearly stated on booking, and at the check in the guy did not mention the 20$ for the parking when he asked if I had a car and handed me the parking ticket pass. Just sound dishonest.

Hotel is close to all the Disney and Universal parks. Very convenient location from the airport. Clean and friendly staff. Hotel also provided free shuttle to the parks. Breakfast options could have been better. However there is a Waffle House adjacent to the hotel which worked out great.

We had a great night’s sleep and were able to get up early and head to our destination feeling refreshed. What really stood out was the customer service. After I accidentally left behind an earpiece, the staff took the time to locate it after a few phone calls and kindly held it for me until I could return and pick it up. Amazing check-in, amazing staff, a super clean hotel, and an overall great experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Very good hotel accessible to local areas and parks

AC wasn’t working at check in, maintenance responded quickly. But after repair, unit was extremely loud and disruptive to sleep. After initial request to move rooms to avoid the event of an incomplete solution was dismissed I slept poorly.

The hotel: Upon arriving I was charged about $20 a night for parking, I somehow missed this detail in the description of the hotel. Which was a bummer on my end. There is several construction to get in and out of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by the highway and neighboring businesses. Breakfast was not included and has a $16 price tag. Another detail I missed. For the price I think I would have booked a hotel that had these two things included. The room: The hotel offered 2 free water bottles which I found odd since 4 people checked in. The rooms had plenty of space which was a plus. Towels were also enough for 2 people. I had to call and ask for more each night, which was no big problem. Location: The location is great for Disney Springs but construction around the area is annoying. Some traffic lights in the area are photo enforced so be careful. Overall, would I stay again? No.

Everything was great staff, clean, location. They have a bar with great food open till late the bartender is very friendly. Will definitely return while in Orlando. I honestly recommended safe and family friendly. Great gym !
