Hyatt Place across from Universal Orlando Resort

This hotel was awesome. It was close to all of the theme parks that I wanted to go to. Customer service was excellent and shuttles was awesome.

I book room via the xpidia and went I got there they gave me a room with a dog inside also charge me again double of what I had paid already to Expedia.

The parking was my biggest issue. Why do peiple staying at the property have to pay $28a night. I only stay theŕe for 2 nights but the company charged me 193.00 Im currently trying to fight this right now. Also the bathroom was clean but the door almost touch the toilet when trying to open the door. You can barley get in i.

Nice place to stay. Clean, helpful and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was pretty good. Close to all attractions and only an hour drive from Daytona Beach.

The rooms were spacious and it had sufficient utensils and silverware for us to cook our own food especially pasta for the kids The breakfast timing on weekdays is only till 9:30 am. When I reached at around 9:35 the breakfast was already closed. I had to request one of the ladies from the kitchen and she was kind enough to let me take the breakfast

The staff were pleasant and informative. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again on our next trip.

I didn’t like that the parking was not included and not made aware that it was an outside company. We arrived at night and tired from our flight. We honestly didn’t see the sign for pay to park and had a notice the next day on the window of our vehicle.
