Best Western Plus Universal Inn

I never saw anyone and 5 minutes after the scheduled time, I asked the receptionist about it. She rudely told me the driver had already left. I told her I didn’t see anyone and she lied telling me the driver made an announcement as he walked through the lobby. Her lack of empathy really shocked me and I couldn’t believe she would blatantly accuse me of missing the shuttle. Completely started my day off with my children on a negative note. The shuttle runs once in the morning and once in the evening. The hotel offers free shuttle service, which is one of the main reasons I chose to stay there. The evening pick up is at 5:30 which I found confusing because the parks close at 9:00. Ended up spending more money getting an Uber. Don’t use this hotel if you are hoping to get a ride to Universal.

Very clean friendly staff breakfast was excellent and plenty of parking. Wood definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I had a recent stay. I think one of the main highlights is that the staff was very accommodating and willing to help. We really appreciate that.

The room was always cleaned up and staff was very friendly. Nothing at this point and time.

Parking is a bit iffy. Had to park quite a distance away because of all the restaurants near by.

Property was great. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff were helpful and very polite. Very close to Universal if want to walk. Only complaint is that they need more shuttle return times for people who want to come back to hotel earlier than 5:30. Definitely would stay here again

Hotel was good restaurants nearby in walking distance close to universal above all. The only problem is the shuttle although it’s provided by the hotel it only has a certain time of the day it runs from 8-5:30. Everything else is in the hotel was good.

The reception desk staff scanned my passport and put it in the machine for a longtime until my asking for return the passport to me．That made me feel unsafty． Ok

They have free parking lot, nice breakfast and the stuff working in front desk was nice.

Very average hotel. Breakfast is very basic.
