Excellent customer service

Overall a good property other than having issues with the bathroom door being hard to open and close and there being no product in any of the shampoo, shower gel etc bottles. Empty from we checked in.

Super nice hotel. Clean rooms with nice views

I was not pleased with these accommodations. There were a number of things that were problematic but the most troublesome was that there was a cockroach in our room. Guests should not have the anxiety of wondering if they're taking something home with them in suitcases, bags, etc. I notified the front desk and they sent an Exterminator to spray the room while we were there! Additionally, our room was cleaned only once out of a 4 day stay. I had to call housekeeping and request clean towels and only received them once. Overall it just wasn't a pleasant experience and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Best staff! Always felt welcomed every time we returned back to the hotel. Comfortable beds and nice outdoor pool.

Staff was very helpful, and friendly. The custodial service was excellent and kept the place clean. Sighn was very helpful and went out of her way to help us when we needed it.

The Courtyard at Marriott Across Universal was an excellent hotel to stay at while visiting Universal Studios. It is so close and very convenient to the park so a great choice! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The best aspect was the reasonable hotel rate cost! Overall, very pleased with this hotel stay!

Great place good food

Great stay. Could use a hand towel holder in the bathroom. Otherwise fabulous.

Great location, clean room, the staff was amiable and the airport shuttle was a life saver. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend and definitely stay here again when visiting Universal or Disney.

We were not satisfied with the breakfast bistro. Very confusing and the staff did not collaborate in the sense of helping to understand how it works.
