It's an older hotel, but personally love the Old Florida vibe. Rooms were spacious, beds comfy, and AC worked great...room nice and cold like I like it. Staff very nice. Parking is a challenge late at night but still within reasonable distance from assigned room. I asked for a ground floor due to mobility issues, and they were very accommodating. Location was perfect...close to Universal and restaurants and easy for Uber delivery when too tired to drive late night. I would definitely rebook in the future.

Great Indian restaurant in hotel lobby area, and a small Cafe. Accommodating staff when requested room change.

I like how it is near the Universal Studio with a shuttle - although only at specific times - and how the room is spacious. The staff allowed me to change the room from a noisy next to the highway to a more quite/private one - so thank you. The party in the pool area was relatively loud one day and they should have been informed about the respect to other guests. Overall is good and reasonable price.

Great location! Wasn't the newest or the cleanest however we travel with a dog so it's not easy to find a hotel.

On your website it states shuttle to universal studios, epic, and a couple more. That's the reason we stayed here. When we needed a shuttle to Epic I was told you don't shuttle there. That was messed up. Now trying to find a way there and back. Now we know not to stay there again. You shouldn't say you shuttle there and mislead people to get them to stay in your hotel. Very unhappy!

Location was perfect for the event we attended. It’s walking distance to anything you need. Communication was poor. I sent messages several times to request a 3 rd person and to check in early. I was willing to pay the extra $45 to arrive at 2pm. Also the discharge instructions say to leave parking pass, but we were NOT offered a parking pass and the garages were $40/day
