Room was very nice and super clean. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful! open bar during happy hour was amazing!! Only suggestions would be to stock up more. Bar wasn't that busy and they kept running out. Also, I would keep the bar open past happy hour! such a great location. 7pm is not late enough!!

I loved my stay

Roof top great place for 3 to 7 Parking one bloc a way!!!

Alana at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful upon check-in. She gave us tips on attractions and things to do. The later day did not seem as helpful.

Excellent location: a short walk from Millennium Park, where we enjoyed a fantastic free Monday night summer concert and literally just steps from the Chicago Theater. The staff we encountered at the hotel were also real stars, from friendly and unpretentious front desk folks to maintenance promptly addressing some minor issues we encountered ( a tepid shower temperature on the first day). Room was spotlessly clean. The free cocktails during the generous happy "hour" on the rooftop were excellent and a great start to the evening. We only stayed for 2 nights, so lack of daily housekeeping wasn't an issue for us. A bit of noise from the nearby L train but earplugs provided.

The rooftop bar with free drinks

Only bad thing was our card getting charged over $900 by mistake. But once they fixed that everything else was great.

Great staff, great location , loved our room. Love the rooftop bar . Can't wait till this hotel is 100% up and running.

Good place to stay.. just feels they are just a few details/tweaks to make it a 5/5 stars.. more SI details and branding would be good.. thanks

Sheay at the front desk was amazing and helped us out with everything, she is your best ambassador!
-
Room was clean. Mattress was sunk in. Outside the entrance is a little sketchy during night time hours. Need security to keep an eye on this. Cost is also very high for location.
-
Awesome staff. Very kind.

Staff was great. Mixologist on the rooftop bar.
-
Room was as pictured and the staff was amazing. Checkin was never so easy or personable.

I liked the hotel but not a lot of amenities available

We had an incredible two night stay!! The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and safe!!! It was walking distance to all of the tourist spots and restaurants. The rooftop complimentary drink area was a lot of fun. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Chicago!!

Nice people working there. Everything else. Dirty, unsafe, ongoing construction, no amenities. We left after an hour and lost our money. Ended up at the Westin. Waste of money.

Was a good location and happy hour was a nice bonus No housekeeping for the price they need to have something. Things felt a bit cheap. Bedsheets were ripped.
-
nice team, amazing location and room
-
Location was good. Big room. 20 minute wait to check in - slow and antiquated process. Zero housekeeping - they do not do it daily. Nobody ever answered phone for requests for towels etc. for $500/night this is a joke.
