The hotel overall was nice for the money and in an amazing location right across the street from the River Walk. The rooms were spacious and the blackout curtains were amazing for getting a good night of rest. One of elevator banks, however, was down during our stay. We'd have to wait 15 minutes or more each time we needed to take the elevator down from our room. This was a major inconvenience throughout our stay.

Hotel is in a great location, steps from the Riverwalk and great restaurants. Stayed in a one room suite and had a relaxing and terrific stay. Recommended the hotel to friends and family on our return home and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location near the riverwalk. Window seat was a highlight and the room was very large compared to the typical big city hotel room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only negative was that one of the elevators was out of order (apparently has been for at least a few weeks or more) which made wait times much longer during busy hours. Otherwise, incredible stay!

Great location and super helpful staff!

The room was very clean and good variety of amenities. The only inconvenient was the elevator, one was broken and the only elevator working a bit slow, other thant that, great hotel.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. We love the window seat and free espresso machine in the lobby. Great location.

Really great little gem downtown in the heart of Chicago. Staff were wonderful and it was so nice to have good coffee in the room, cups, glasses, very comfortable

The entire front desk staff was PHENOMENAL. The room was so clean and the amenities were generous. Will definitely be looking to stay here next time we are in the city!

One of the elevators was out of service during our stay which was very annoying and at one point they had no working elevators. We only discovered this issue after checking in. I was traveling with my mom who is 75 years old so I was frustrated bc I would have considered switching hotels. We did have to wait for an elevator on more than one occasion .

Everything was great other that elevator renovation which caused long wait times daily to get in and out of hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Sadly one of the two elevators wasn't working while I was there. Would stay again though

This hotel and their staff exceeded our expectations. From the first greeting at the door from a smiling Antonio to the check-in experience with Alex and Meggy, we could not have been happier! We were treated like royalty, the amenities offered were wonderful, and the location can’t be beat. We will definitely stay again and again!

Great hotel in a prime location if you need to stay near the River Walk/Michigan Ave. There is a free coffee station available from 6am - 6pm.
