Stayed here with my boyfriend and it was absolutely wonderful- close to everything you’ll want to visit in Chicago like the Riverwalk, train lines, millennium park, navy pier, etc. Early bag holding was also incredibly helpful. Such a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Clean, pretty quiet. They didn’t have slippers but had shower caps when you asked for it.

Great location. Parking at $71 per night is steep. But you are downtown.

Stayed here one night for business as a solo female. Was a fantastic location, one block from the river & Michigan Ave, a couple blocks from the Lake. I felt safe, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The soap, shampoo, sheets, etc exceeded my expectations. Overall great stay.

Trying to get a spot to valet was difficult. Had to wait 10 minutes or so for valet to get my car checked in.

We did not need much interaction with the staff, but everyone was friendly.

All of the staff was very friendly and courteous. We got to the hotel before check in and let us check in early since our room was ready! We were very grateful for that! During our stay, maintenance came in to replace the batteries to the lock on the door…that was great reassurance! We would definitely stay there on our next trip to Chicago!
