The place had areas to work with access for laptops. The breakfast was a buffet style but a little expensive.

The whole hotel has the greatest vibe. Been here twice and I love everything!!!

The room was exceptionally clean and had all the little touches that made it feel comfortable and welcoming. I especially liked using the iPad to control everything from the lights to the blinds—it was intuitive and a fun modern feature. The breakfast offered a great selection and was a wonderful way to start the day. My favorite part of the hotel, though, was the fourth-floor lounge deck overlooking Michigan Avenue. It was a perfect place to relax and take in the city.

Everything was great. Rooms are extremely small for the price though. Feels like being in an interior size cruise bedroom, not much space for your belongings. Other than that everything was very nice.

Located right in the mix which is great. Only negative is that there’s very minimal cell service within the hotel so you’ll either get delayed texts and no internet or you go outside to use your phone.

Absolutely loved our stay at Citizenm!! The staff was super friendly and always very helpful. Loved the cleanliness of our room, and hotel all together. Operating the room via IPad was quite the experience and very convenient. The rooms are perfectly sized for couples.

Loved the entire vibe of the hotel. Everything was so smooth and place was very clean. Food was amazing! Loved it all so much!

Room was on the small side. iPad console was frustrating to use for lighting and tv usage. Room was either too hot or too cold, could not get the fan to go any higher. Fridge did not work at all. Overall a great hotel with some minor issues.

El hotel súper limpio y con amenidades. La habitación es pequeña. Sin embargo, con todo lo necesario para nosotros que viajamos con mochila. El hotel está super bien ubicado para caminar por downtown Chicago, cerca de estaciones de trenes y de los lugareas icónicos como el Millenium Park y otros.

Es muy pequeño el dormitorio
