Club Quarters Hotel Wacker at Michigan, Chicago

Very very accommodating staff, extremely friendly and helpful to all of our requests for more towels and bedding. Also held our bags for us after check out so we weren’t walking in the city with our bags all day. Hotel parking was not the same price as advertised on website to the public garage they recommended. $128 for parking in the wabash garage for 29 hours

We loved the site and the room had a beautiful view of the river. My only two issues were no fridge in the room, and the check in process. I guess I'm old fashioned and still like the go to the hotel front desk and they give you the key. Not this self check in setup.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the heavy curtains in the mornings. Our only small issue was that the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep the water from splashing out of the shower and making the bathroom floor quite wet.

Great location and nice view. Rooms are a bit small but to be expected right downtown. Overall a good room. Bed was not the best but okay for a few nights.

My only complaints are there is only one floor where you can get ice, way on the bottom of the building. This is extremely inconvenient. My only other issue was no fridge in the room. So no ice and no fridge, wouldn’t stay here in Summer again as you’ll be drinking warm soda the whole time. If I book here again it will be during the Winter. The hotel is clean, staff nice and location wonderful. If they could only get ice available on every floor and/or a fridge in every room it would probably be the most perfect hotel in the city.

In terms of amenities, the free laundry was a big plus, but the hotel doesn’t do a good job of advertising this feature. The free coffee in the lounge leaves a lot to be desired—the machine setup makes it surprisingly difficult to just get a standard, straightforward cup of coffee. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and helpful! And you can’t beat the location!

The room was clean and very quiet for being in the middle of the city. It is a great location for walking to anywhere in the city. The gym was good also.

We were there for Pokemon GoFest and this was a great location!

Great view, very quiet, great location

Comfortable beds & bedding, black out curtains, and quiet air conditioning are wonderful for a good night’s sleep. Room was clean and location is great. For almost $100 - $150 less than you would pay elsewhere, this is an excellent choice. No refrigerator is the only drawback.

Location, complimentary laundry, Coffee/Latte machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my refrigerator in the room, hopefully the staff took care of it. My eye drops hung in there

We loved our 3 night stay here. This hotel is located in a great area and was within walking distance to every single thing we did in Chicago. The coffee machine on the 2nd floor was a great touch!!

The flexibility to switch from breakfast to lunch with the restaurant deal Nextdoor. The business area where to work. The coffee machine. The staff was super helpful.

Despite its central location, it was quiet at night and the view was simply awesome.

Horrible experience - pay attention to your credit card bill after you check out. They incorrectly charged us for valet parking which we did not use.
