This is a classic Chicago hotel. Location, location, location. Perfect. Close to tons of activities. Great beds. Nice rooms. Got $25 vouchers for meals at restaurant next door and it was great. Added them on during checkout for $0

The room was small, but for one person more than enough. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. And of course, location is perfect!

Breakfast is next door and gratuity is not included. Excellent location. Staff very helpful and considerate. Able to drop off bags before checkin. Would definitely rebook at this hotel again

Perfect Location! Beautiful Hotel, but our room had a lot of issues main one was the bathroom light stop permanently working the day we were leaving. I had to use my flashlight from my phone to get ready at 2am.

The AC was blowing hot air so thankfully we could switch rooms. Everything else was fine. Nice area to stay, it’s an d hotel that could use some updates.

Old and dirty room, rug was disgusting in the bedroom. The charger ports sticky and haven't cleaned for ages. It was advertised as The River Hotel and I was ending up staying in Club Quarters. This is a false advertising!

The room I was in was next to the elevator shaft. Heard the elevator go up and down with a low grinding sound.

From the minute we checked in and met Jock at the front desk, we knew it was the right hotel! He was BEYOND the best staff member we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He understood our needs and was extremely helpful in all areas of our stay! The hotel was very centrally located and a short walk to attractions in all directions. The hotel was clean and as crazy at this sounds, we even used our black light to check! An awesome place all around! I highly recommend staying here anytime you’re looking for hotels in the Chicago River Walk area! Shout out to our new friend Jock! Could not thank him enough for making our stay so comfortable!

Just great all around and they have a wonderful coffee bar on the 2nd floor.
