Very sad experience: everything was already paid for by my company, but the lady at the front desk refused to process my check-in (at 9:30 PM). I just moved to the Sheraton next door, and they are fine. The Westin Huntsville is very different and professional. We have always stayed here when in Birmingham, and this was the first time we were disappointed. Our bathroom was not cleaned well at all… empty toilet paper roll, fingerprints and water spots all over the bathroom mirrors, dirty shower glass, and mildew on some of the shower grout. Then the next morning, they no longer have the restaurant available for breakfast. They have a coffee shop available, and suggest you walk next door to the Sheraton. The staff that was working were all very friendly.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. Staff was great. We stayed multiple days and housekeeping could’ve been a little bit better and it stunk that the food had to come from the Sheraton. I believe the hotel here was under repair. Will definitely book again.
