The staff were actually very nice, except for the evening desk host. She was confrontational and rude to us when we were at the bar having a drink. The bartender and door men were very pleasant.

Staff was great. Location for us was good. We had a brief but really nice stay.

We loved this unique property. It was centrally located and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. The staff may be The best aspect though, they were great.

It seemed to be an older property but was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

My covers had mold embedded in the lining and when asked about it they said it was feathers the room was moist all night I slept with the air on 69 and it still was sticky and moist I thought I was just hot under the cover but it was wherever I laid my body because of the moisture in the room ! The valet guy took my 50 bucks knowing the hotel charged us 40 for the valet already (and apparently this wasn’t his first time) the middle elevator don’t go to the 13 floor even with the available botton (and honestly they all need to be repaired )

Mike our valet was amazing! Took great care of our car. Room was nice and clean. View was the only downside. Looked into pipes and a wall.

Rooms don’t have refrigerators which was a bummer bc we had food and medicine to refrigerate and also no ice machines on the floor. Staff was nice and parking was easy

The Valet was extremely nice and so were the front desk staff. The rooms are very dated for this price point. There is no mini fridge, microwave and no ice machines on the floors. The bartenders were nice, but the breakfast was expensive and lackluster compared to what’s offered at other hotels. The dining area was empty and I think the teenagers who checked us in also made our food. Staff 5/5 location 5/5 amenities 1/5

The facility was nice, excellent customer service! The in house restaurant had good food and was easily accessible. No self parking available but used the valet that was very reasonably priced and very friendly!

Clean room, attentive staff, convenient valet parking, dynamic and interesting hotel decor, perfectly central downtown location. I loved it and would stay again anytime.

Really great staff and the central location was very handy. I wish the gym was available but it was down for renovation.
