We choose this hotel for the convenience it was to be able to walk around downtown. Reviews from others was also used to compare hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful including the vale staff. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures provided. The only issue we had was the lack of outlets. We will for sure be back

I wish there was a dedicated lot for self parking, but there is plenty of street parking available!

I liked the fact that it was downtown and conveniently located to attractions and resturants. I didn't like the fact I payed for a room with city view and was giving a room with the view of a nearby brick wall of a building, also poor security in the valet area. A homeless person and or a valet driver stole all the loose coins out out my car and 2 bottles of cologne.

They are doing a lot of construction around hotel right now, so if you're sensitive to sounds starting at 5am then I suggest stay elsewhere until they finish.

The property provided everything we needed in a hotel stay.

The room was beautiful but the "city view" that I paid extra for was a view of the parking garage across the street. My biggest complaint was the street light that was shining on our bed with no way to close the drapes. There were heavy drapes on either side of the window and then a sheer drape in the middle that did nothing for blocking that light. You couldn't pull the heavy drape across due to the lack of size and the way they were made to stay put on either side. Very poor design and needless to say our one night stay was ruined and neither of us was able to sleep. It was like daylight at midnight. I can't recommend your place to anyone because of this.

Once relocated to a 2nd room, our needs were met. Location was good for our needs. Parking is astronomical at $40 / night for mandatory valet and they want tips on top of that. If you try to find parking anywhere else, it is not convenient and might require payment for street parking. Our first room was unacceptable with a view of an adjacent brick wall over an alley with LOUD garbage pickup at 5 am and a parking garage with constant horns honking and an A/C that sounded like a plane taking off. That room never should be offered to any guest at the extraordinary prices they charge. We were moved to a much more acceptable room the next night. We shouldn't have been inconvenienced by being in the first room.
