None of the staff were friendly. Right at check in, the receptionist had major attitude. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious.

Pool was filthy. Was charged $20 at pantry for 2 pops. Staff was rude and on there phones.

A nice surprise in the downtown Birmingham area. Gym was larger and more well equipped than most and the staff was very friendly. Nice outdoor space as well for being in downtown.

The area was beautiful. The hotel well maintained. Room was clean and a/c kept the room at the right temp. No noises during the night. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast wasn't up to par. Waffle machine broke, ran out of biscuits and sausage patties. Did have cereal and fruits and substandard pastry. Location was great for us, within walking distance from our theater. I would stay there again.

Room was spacious and clean. Convenient to downtown. Staff at checkout (after some back and forth) comped our parking and discounted our room a bit following a complaint. Staff member at check in was apathetic, rude, and unhelpful. We reserved a crib for our infant when booking and we were told the two cribs they have were taken already when we checked in. He offered no genuine apology or assistance in helping us find a solution, but rather "sorry, what do you want me to do about it?". My husband had to drive to Walmart at 9:30pm to buy a $90 pack n play.

The room was clean, but does need updating. The staff were friendly, however the hotel is combines with a Home2 Suites and we were confused as to what side we were on. I booked Hilton, but on one side breakfast was free to IHG and not for others. I never really got a good answer.
