Valet staff was polite and kind. The room was spacious, updated and well kept. The snack/coffee/gift shop were not available for guests. Additionally, the hotel is not in a good part of town. Once in hotel we felt safe but not advisable to walk to other places from hotel.

Location is great. Rooms clean and up to date. Roomy. Breakfast was nice. Elevators need a little help. Valet charge a bit much.

It was nice and clean, staff was great! Location wasn’t the best and I didn’t like that there was no onsite parking , but the valet parking staff were very kind and accommodating.

Nice hotel. The room was great. The view was nice. It’ll be very nice once all the renovations are complete.

The location to the venue we were going to. There wasn't any apple juice at breakfast and the milk was warm. Also there was only sausage for breakfast no bacon. Not bad bad things just observations.

This hotel is beautiful! The room was surprisingly spacious. The free breakfast was helpful and a very nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and the valet and staff were very helpful.

Convenient to my event. Elegant look and feel. Wasn’t sure about parking. Front entrance pull in is tight. Ended up Valet parking because of lack of parking.
