Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Old Town/SeaWorld Area

I love staying at the Hilton this is my first time staying here .I love it ill be back soon specially customer service Diego she was great helping me with my needs .my fight came early i was tired just wanted to rest and let me check in early I got to shower rest and attend my meeting. Thank you so much ❤️ see u soon .

Close to Old Town and its EXACTLY where we wanted to be

Convenient and a nice hotel but overpriced and the staff wasn’t very helpful. Would not answer the phone.

Our stay was great, parking lot was too small and had to park on the street.

Easy parking and easy check in. Walking g distance to old town.

Hilton Hotel was very enjoyable. Close to where I wanted to go, it was just so nice. I would recommend it to everyone.

Exceptional

Everything was great. The only thing that sucked was our fridge wasn't working so they brought in a new one and that one stopped working. Probably bad outlet. Aside from that, love this hotel.

We were very pleased with everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived early we were greeted very nicely by staff at front counter. As mentioned we arrived early yet our room was ready and waiting for us. Upon entering our room we were externally pleased with the way room was. Very clean with all amenities well stocked. Every employee we encountered was very strongly and helpful. My wife and I thank you for such an enjoyable stay and will certainly be staying at future Hilton Inns.

Staff was wonderful and easy to park and restaurant was delicious and convenient with room service ! The water shut off while I was showering but only once! Do not think it is a consistent issue

The professionalism of staff and their kindness. Location of the hotel to our activities. The pool/spa did not have towels. There was a basket overflowing of used towels but no clean ones.

We enjoyed staying here during our family trip! Super convenient location. The property was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the gym! And sweet greens and shake shack nearby :) There was something for everyone.

Our check-in experience wasn’t the best, as the receptionist was not particularly welcoming. However, the woman assisting us at check-out was very friendly and pleasant, which was appreciated. The bed was firmer than I prefer, though I realize mattress comfort is subjective. One concern worth mentioning is that the bathtub was extremely slippery when entering and exiting. My husband and I are both active and had difficulty maintaining our footing, so I could see this being a safety concern for some guests. The one positive was that the hotel was relatively quiet, although the air conditioning ran continuously throughout the night and helped mask any outside noise. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good, could have had a few more options, instead of just eggs though. Maybe French toast or pancakes as well. The room had a horrible view of the rooftop, and it was not as big as I was expecting for a hotel like this.
