Comfort Inn Sea World Area

This was a very nice clean hotel with a yummy breakfast! Everyday we were there we saw things being cleaned and updated! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very nice and worth the money. Only 10 mins from the beach and so close to so many things. Perfect location and will be staying again soon!

Close to highway and other locations. Stay was friendly and very helpful. I was able to do laundry on two different occasions as we stayed for 3 nights. It does seem there should be more washers and dryers for number of rooms. Breakfast was pretty good but most of the same options every day. Overall it was a good stay for price.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Parking was free. Free breakfast was good, but had the same choices everyday.

Will be staying again very soon! Room was clean which is all I cared about but the complimentary breakfast and parking really make this hotel worth returning for. I will say parking spots can be a little tight on the first floor but they have an underground garage which was empty so it worked out great for me. Overall, for the price you can’t beat this place and like I said, I’ve already made plans to return soon.

no pool and we were very disappointed. There is also a strip club across the street and so take a look at the street view before booking (anywhere)

Very clean rooms, helpful staff and a great breakfast

One thing to be aware of is the surrounding area. There were quite a few homeless individuals nearby, and the neighborhood felt a little shady at times. I never had any issues personally, but it's something to keep in mind and be cautious of, especially if you're walking around at night. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably maintained hotel primarily for sleeping and relaxing after a busy day, this is a solid choice.

Clean room, friendly staff, safe place

We wanted to take our dog to the dog beach at Ocean Beach and therefore were looking for a dog friendly place to stay nearby.. This Comfort Inn, while not luxurious, was clean, in good repair, quiet and has all the basic things one wants in a hotel--TV, WiFi, good shower, breakfast, comfortable bed- at a reasonable price. There is a grass area outside the room for dog use, including poop bag dispenser. Beach and dog friendly restaurants are within easy drive.

No issues

Place was close to nearby locations we wanted to visit (Coronado, Balboa Park, Old Town) which was convenient for me and my family. I would say one of the downsides is that the parking is a bit compact and the lower garage has low ceilings and one exit. Otherwise, the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and kind.

very easy to find. staff was nice and made check in/out process easy. parking id say is decent, however at night it does tend to fill up. room was clean and bed was comfortable.
