Not bad for a one night stay

Did not smell like a smoke free hotel.

Just bad in general. Restroom lock didn’t work and my daughter got stuck in the restroom for over 10 minutes. And so did I.

This is an older hotel with signs of anging and need of some maintenance. The room was clean.with microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot. Location was OK for my destination parking. Lots a little tight if you have a large vehicle.

Nice location but lack of security in the parking lot made my dad concerned about his vehicle safety. I did not see an issue with it but it was not my car. Doors slammed LOUD and would wake me up when people left their rooms.

Absolutely nothing Dirty and moldy all around the room I’m surprised they’re still even open with the poor conditions these hotels are in. Bathrooms are moldy on the roof and the blinds on the windows are filthy along with the carpet and pubic hairs in the bathroom. Very poorly cleaned and ran down facility.

the location The room was extremely dirty. The carpets were stained and disgusting to walk on; they looked sticky and poorly maintained. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the beds had bed bugs. It was obvious that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The price was far too expensive for what was offered. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Room smelled moldy, I got bit by a spider

Friendly staff. The breakfast. Only cereal and waffles. No eggs or fruit or yogurt .

Our initial room had issues that we were told was gonna be taken care of then. We then found out later that day after calling a second time that facilities does not work weekends and our issues were not going to be addressed. We were locked out of our room for over two and a half hours. We were assured by Jean that someone would come help us. I had to call the front desk several times until someone decided to come change the batteries in the door mechanism allowing us to get into our room. This was 1130pm at night. Another room was given to us while we wait.

Really liked everything to be honest and would stay again The room was a bit too warm and when I tried using the AC it didn't work right but overall was good ?

We did have cockroach in our bathroom..which was not good

Good location with plenty of food options.

The room was big and the property nicely designed with all the palm trees. Also the bed was very comfy. They even had a fridge and some other nice amenities. Also it's well.connected by bus to the old town, which is a transport hub to get to anywhere fast. The breakfast didn't have any healthy items. Not a single piece of fruit or veggies. I know it's the US, but I think you can do a lot better on that one. Also the hairdryer was completely broken.

It was close to where I needed to be. It is located near many attractions but there is a car wash close and it can be loud, get use to making a U turn to go most places, there is a median so you can only turn right out of the parking lot, the pool is small and didn't look very clean, parking is tight, the room itself had a weird oder like cleaning chemicals possible, bath tub was a bit dirty looking, we happened to rent a room that was adjoining with another and the first night was hard to sleep because you could here banging and a loud TV, do not depend on the breakfast they only offered cereal and waffles.

Clean, close to attractions and airport Breakfast was just waffles - no condiments or other breakfast variety
