All staff were amazing Room is very spacious Bathrooms need updating and would of preferred proper cups for coffee rather than cardboard cups In walking distance to the parks and the water taxi was amazing

Awesome stay! Room was beautiful and the property had everything! I took off a star because they charge like 30 bucks for a cot and everything was so expensive. The staff were great and so helpful. I would stay again for the unlimited fast passes if we go back to Universal some day. Also, being able to check our bags and pick up the passes to go to the park early before our check in time was great!

Beautiful hotel, very competent staff and very clean inside and out. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! You definitely get what you pay for.

Front desk was great. We were able to check in 4 hours early. During heavy rains, the water rises too high so the water taxis are unable to pass under the bridge. Not too many buses run to citywalk and the two parks next to it so one needs to use the walking path. It is not too much of a walk but many people were upset about it while we were there.

Loved staying here, however the pool with the beach sand was extremely dirty, there was hair, beach sand, particles everywhere in the water. We couldn’t stay in there for long because of how disgusted we were. They should really switch this up or at least clean it more often. The rooms were clean, the hotel itself was wonderful. Staff was okay, could have been more helpful. But overall loved our experience. I’d say it’s very family friendly. We’ve stayed at Loews pacific and would choose this hotel over them for cleanliness.

The location to the parks We were assigned a room at the very end of the East Wing on the fourth floor, with lifts located only at the opposite end of the wing. This made accessing the hotel’s facilities quite inconvenient and involved a considerable walk each time. Our room was also an adjoining room, and unfortunately we could clearly hear the occupants next door. They were a family with very young children who appeared distressed for much of the night, resulting in very little sleep for us. While I appreciate this was not the hotel’s fault, we were not asked at check-in whether an adjoining room would be acceptable. The room itself was clean, but it felt dated. Additionally, one of the queen beds had an uneven and uncomfortable mattress. Given the nightly room rate, we expected a higher standard of comfort and overall room quality.

Really handy location, close night to City Walk and the town older parks, whilst far enough away to feel away from the action. Will be back again.

Beautiful hotel that more than met our needs for our one night stay. Room was large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5 (3 adults and one teenager) and the roll away bed that was provided was an actual single bed. Water taxi to Universal and City Walk was a novelty and added to the trip, allowing us to directly access City Walk and offering an alternative view of Universal. Water taxi was very frequent and stress free, offering a security check pre entry to the Parks. Hotel probably more suited to couples rather than families. Room we were given was at furthest end of hotel and so quite a walk from the Reception area. There were also not enough towels provided for all of the guests, but swiftly resolved once we contacted Housekeeping.

Beautiful Italian flare Nice rooms and roomy bathrooms The food was just okay and for the price, I would definitely walk back to City Walk for better food options (This is regarding room service.)

The location was excellent and transportation to parks ere great. More space for the extra bed in order to move around the room

It was very specious and the facilities were good Sometimes the staff were a little slow to facilitate requests. For example I looked for an extra cover for our rollaway bed and had to contact guest services three times in order to get it.

Very good hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything, Luxurious, great transport to parks and ideal that you get express passes Nothing

We would stay again, but only for the perk of the passes.
