Great location, if maintained, could be rated much higher. The rooms were clean but dated. Curtains had holes in them; carpets were not clean; hot water takes time to get warm & if a lot of people use at same time doesn’t get hot just warm (maybe); gas grills need to be replaced, cannot start with out help or control flame, must be started by staff with fire clicker. Breakfast was good, multiple options. Charge for on-site parking. Located near Sea World, Nautica, Universal Studios, Disney, OC Convention Center. Good restaurants and pharmacies in short walking distance.

The room was dirty. the carpet was not clean throughut. My conditioner was empty and never refilled. The sheets were smelling old. The AC was making noises. The pools were very dirty. I can say that the staff was kind. The checking was very lengthy. I would not stay here again. I rather stay is another hotel in the area, there are many other options. The hotel administration should look into neightbor hotels and mirror the good examples. Oh! the furniture was old, and I paid for the suite, and there was not table with chairs. the dishwasher mashine had old food on the bottom.The toilet paper roll was not changed the day I arrived.

The location, easy in and out. Free parking. Breakfast. Staff. Have stayed here before, will stay here again. The laundry facilities were in need of some maintenance, but able to get a load done, cost a few dollars more and more time. But it worked out

The rooms were definitely suitable to our needs. Plenty of space and accomodating. The bathroom had limited counter space. Other than that it suited us just fine. All of the a la carte fees. Your rate seemed very suitable but after the additional fees. It was the same value as other comparable or better hotels we chose not to stay in. (additional $60.00 per family)

Everything was very good and property has always been nice when we stay. The only issue I found is that they are now charging extra if you want a room facing Seaworld. I always requested a room facing the park as my kids love to open the blinds and see the roller coasters, however, we were told these rooms had now an extra charge per day. We stayed in a different room this time and it was fine, but don’t know why they changed the policy and are charging extra for this rooms. If it was mentioned in the website prior to booking we’d have considered it. Overall everything was fine.

The stay was comfortable. The pool was dirty. Lots of debris, hair, and other stuff floating around in the water. Needs vacuuming.

I enjoyed that it was in close proximity to everything we needed. Parks, food, stores, etc. Great staff and nice rooms!

The property was excellant and in great location. The breakfast however was not. It was all pre-fab nothing freshly cooked. Seemed all fake to me. Except the waffles and the breads.
