It was a great hotel everything was beautiful and clean

Charged 500 more than I was supposed to be, family pool has broken spots all over it that will eventually hurt someone. I know it’s a big area but literally seen like 7 or 8 rats going to my room at the courtyard area, everything seemed outdated and dingy. Just not what was expected supposed to be way better than it was kind of started the trip off bad. I really just want to know what’s up with the 500 dollar charge.

The staff was very friendly and the buffet was delicious!

Took a day trip with girlfriends and only needed a room to stay, but the accommodations were great. Of course I loved the cookie! Would definitely stay again, but try to enjoy the amenities. Did not get to partake in the breakfast or take advantage of our resort fees.

Property was clean. Pool was very nice. Choices for food on property were very good.

I spent only one night and my overall experience is it's a nice place to stay at and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

What I booked compared to the pics was misleading. The room I booked and the pictures that were shown were not similar. In our room there was hair on the bathroom floor and not very clean. We were disappointed with what we received for the price we paid Check in was wonderful and they were very nice even the concierge was fantastic when booking a shuttle.

Clean room

I had a decent stay the only thing that bothered me most is the elevators. Only about 2/3 work barely. On my floor I can never go click down, I would have to click up in order to go down if that makes sense. The ac was broken in the lobby and my room had very poor quality ac. I was so hot I didn’t even use the blankets to sleep.

Lets start with our accessible room. To get in the front door was a pain in the butt. There was a lip, but if you didn’t hit straight, the wheelchair would not go in the room and when you went straight, you hit the door knobs because the door doesn’t open all the way I ripped my wheelchair seat on the door handle and scratched the side of my wheelchair because it kept hitting the door. Had to move furniture around just to put the wheelchair in the room. In the picture there was a lot of room bit our room wa not like the picture .Next was the plumbing we first arrived. We had to call for maintenance because the toilet wouldn’t flush. They came the next day we had to call them again because of the same reason so if we had to do our business, we would go somewhere else. It was easier. The bed was another story. It was so hard. It was like sleeping on a little board with a couple of covers on top and the pillows were so unbelievably flat. I had to use three just to support my neck. also, the ice machine didn’t work near us so we had to travel just to get ice so you have to fight to get out the door. Go find an ice machine and then fight to get back in the door just to have ice and I believe when we booked the room, it said four star my ass.The good news was it was close to Seaworld and that’s the only good news there was would I go back probably not.
