The WiFi was not good. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. They offered free bottled water…this was a major plus with the heat.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. The rooms are cleaned every day and the services are better than a 5 star hotel. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is fresh every day and there is coffee and hot water for tea all day. Next year we will surely visit again.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly! The only problem I had is the advertising should say continental breakfast . I realized at check-in that we would not be getting a real breakfast the next morning but overall , I would definitely choose this hotel again!

They have plenty of free parking spots. Good free breakfast options. They have warm water and coffee all day long. The front desk stuff is also helpful. Nothing fancy but good enough to stay.

Hotel had a water main issue.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Unfortunately, a water main break occurred in the middle of the night, forcing the shutdown of all water throughout the building. This affected breakfast and everyone's ability to maintain their hygiene. The rooms are extremely small, and I would not recommend them for families with 2 kids or more. The space will be tight.

A decent economy hotel, free continental breakfast gives you a bite to get the day started. Staff were friendly.

Room furniture lack style for cabinet with no doors and dresser without drawers. Double beds a bit noisy when moving on bed. No water on final day. shower was uncomfortable and water would seep out through glass door. Breakfast was not continental

The third party website we booked through completely dropped the ball and never submitted our reservation to the hotel. So when we showed up, the hotel wouldn’t give us a room because they had no record of our paid reservation.

The rooms are not like illustrated. We didn’t have water service neither.

they had pipes busy in 3 rooms which flooded the first floor so they turned off the water to the whole hotel! the staff was not helpful in trying to resolve my issue of arriving at 2 am and said i could find another hotel on my own. the hotel had a musty smell and no water so we had to find a new hotel in the early morning but again staff was not helpful and kind of rude!

The property is in good shape and the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately, some breakfast items were unavailable during our stay.

The 4 th floor smelled like urine. Air conditioning making noise and pillows smelled like sweat

Location is convenient. But rooms can be better for the price
