Comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly front desk!

We had a great stay! Very clean hotel and room. The downstairs lobby is spacious with a foozball table, pool table, couches, bar and tables - great for hanging out with others in your party. We didn't utilize the pool but it did look nice. Breakfast was standard. The free coffee was actually very tasty - I think Lazarro brand. If you're planning to walk to the convention center, please note the Google walking directions that say 10 minute walk is just to theWest Building. If you're booking for the AAU Volleyball tournament, add an extra 20 minutes to get the South/North Buildings. We ending up walking in the mornings when it was nice and cool and Ubering back in the hot afternoon, $7-$10 per ride. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I do not recommend this hotel. The room smelled of humidity, the pillows were dirty and had a bad odor, and the bed sheets smelled unpleasant and felt low quality. The towels were reasonably clean. The A/C was old and noisy, the shower was outdated, and the breakfast was poor. The only positive was the very good coffee, available 24 hours a day.

Classic Tru, service and accessibility was fine. I would have liked for the front desk staff to be a little bit more friendly the demeanor was professional but a smile sometimes can go a long way. I must say I overlooked the charge for parking when I booked. I was actually surprised since this was Orlando. This is an extra fee to consider of you are purely looking g for the best price. Nice pool and the grounds are well kept. At this time there are no northern hotels next to.

When we returned at 9:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned and we still had no hot water. The front desk explained that because the "Do Not Disturb" sign had been displayed earlier that morning, housekeeping did not return to check the room. The rooms are only cleaned every other day unless so make sure to let them know if you have the sign around 9/10 am. After several calls, the hotel engineer finally fixed the hot water issue and housekeeping provided fresh towels, but by the time everything was resolved it was nearly 11:00 PM. We had an early volleyball tournament the next morning, making the situation even more frustrating. While the staff eventually addressed the problem, the lack of communication and delayed response significantly impacted our stay.

Its was a fine stay except the air conditioner in our room was very cold or strong. The room had a musty smell which I believe was caused by the lack of circulating air. Other than that the stsy was ok.

It was a nice hotel to stay before our cruise.

Overall the stay was good. Room was clean although it did feel a little damp and but after we got the AC going it helped a little. Check in was okay although the girl didn't tell us that we had to pay for parking nor did she give us the water bottle for being Hilton Honors Members but thats really not a big deal. Bigger deal was not telling us about parking & when I asked someone else, he told me that I was at risk of being towed (cooooool) Secondly they don't clean the rooms every day, when we asked for clean towels we were told they would come, but they never did. Pool was clean & so were the rooms. Pillows could use an upgrade but its fine for a quick weekend trip.
